City of Niagara Falls (“CNF”)

No purchase required. To enter the Contest, people must create a video or photograph that showcases one of the Pianos created for the Pianos in the Street project, in Niagara Falls in 2018. A list of pianos is available at Submit your photo or video on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #nfplay.
To be valid your entry must be received by 9:00pm EDT on October 11, 2018 EDT.

Contest is open to all anyone who enters.
Employees of CNF or the sponsor (Casa Mia Ristorante), as well as such employees’ immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof are not eligible to enter this Contest.

Before October 31, 2018, music industry veterans and CNF project staff will meet and choose a best video or photograph.
Winner will be contacted by direct message on the social media platform that they used to submit during the week following the decision and should claim their prize as instructed by CNF by no later than seven days after the date.
they are initially contacted. If a winner cannot be reached within three days following the first attempt of contact, declines the prize, the prize shall be forfeited and CNF has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner.

One (1) winner will receive one prize of $300 CDN, which was sponsored by Casa Mia Ristorante. The prize will be sent in the form of a cheque in Canadian dollars.

5.1. If posting on Facebook, ensure the privacy setting for the post is set to public.
5.2. The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an
amount of money, sold or transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.
5.3. Refusal to accept the prize releases the Contest Parties from any obligation toward the winner.
5.4. CNF reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, CNF reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
5.5. If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the social media submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. The individual assigned to the domain associated with the submission is considered the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that (s)he is the authorized account holder of the domain associated with the selected entry.
5.6. Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter are in no way associated with this giveaway. If applicable, social media posts (such as but not limited to tweets and Instagram posts) must be PUBLIC to be eligible. If you sign up for newsletters as entries, you must confirm your subscription for those entries to count.
5.7. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
5.8. CNF reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or to terminate the Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments to these Contest rules will be posted on
